Being a small company, the director wears many hats including supervisor, file clerk, therapist, maintenance technician, IT specialist. KaleidaCare Solutions has done an excellent job in reducing the time spent in several of these roles by allowing remote supervision of updated case logs by employees (at midnight if need be), real-time updates for monthly reports to all area agencies, and the ability to create documents that ensure properly written reports to exceed licensure standards.
