Foster Care Reform and Privatization (Including Texas Foster Care Redesign)

KaleidaCare has been successfully used in States that have significantly redesigned their foster care to move responsibility for child placement to a limited number of “super” agencies. Nebraska and Tennessee are ideal examples where KaleidaCare Solutions is used by master contractors. Texas is considering very similar program redesign, and KaleidaCare is anticipating changes that will help all agencies there into the future.
