Our VP of Product Development, Kelly Stepura, graduated with her Ph.D. in Social Work this semester. Her dissertation was entitled Change in Foster Care: The Impact of Relationships and Environments on Foster Child Functioning. The abstract is as follows: The child welfare system has a responsibility to provide healthy environments for children who are removed from the care of their biological families.
