KaleidaCare Solutions

Kaleidacare has become a leading provider of Client Information Systems (CIS) to the Substitute Care industry (otherwise known as foster and residential care). Its product, KaleidaCare Solutions, is the most cost effective, web-based system available in the market. In addition, KaleidaCare Solutions is exclusively endorsed by the most prominent Youth & Family associations and largest agencies in the country, and is now used by more than 70 organizations nationwide.

To meet these opportunities, Kaleidacare has embarked on developing a comprehensive enterprise CIS product that will replace CC Kids. This new system, KaleidaCare Solutions, provides a platform for aggregating and benchmarking capabilities. With KaleidaCare Solutions, Kaleidacare will gather information from QOLA member agencies, making it the hub for research and analysis on intervention approaches for the whole industry.

This milestone also positions Kaleidacare as the dominant provider of CIS solutions for the Youth & Family industry and opens other opportunities in the social service industry, including: Mental Health/Mental Retardation, Geriatrics, and the Education industry; a combined total estimated market of over $4.3 billion.
